Welcome to Cameron Complete Services! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of all automotive repair and maintenance services ("Services") by Cameron Complete Services, located at 239 Fourth Ave Ste 1401 Pittsburgh PA, 15222 ("we," "us," or "our"). By authorizing us to perform Services on your vehicle, you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your authorization, whether verbal, written, or implied, to commence with the repair or maintenance of your vehicle constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
We will perform the Services requested by you and authorized on the repair order. Any additional services required or recommended will be communicated to you for your approval prior to being performed. We are not responsible for repairs to parts or components not expressly covered in the repair order.
a. Estimates: All estimates provided are based on our assessment of the vehicle's needs at the time of inspection. They are not a final price and may be subject to change. The final invoice may vary based on the actual parts and labor required to complete the Services.
b. Payment: Payment in full is due upon completion of the Services and before the vehicle is released to you. We accept cash, credit/debit cards. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks.
c. Late Fees: A late fee of $25.00 per day may be charged for any vehicle not picked up within one days after we notify you that the Services are complete.
Vehicles must be picked up within one business days of being notified that the Services are complete. If you fail to pick up your vehicle within this period, we may charge a daily storage fee of $25 for each day thereafter. We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle or its contents while it is in storage after the completion of Services and notification.
a. Parts Warranty: We guarantee all new parts we install are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first unless otherwise specified by manufacturer parts warranty. This warranty is limited to the cost of the parts and labor to repair or replace the defective part. It does not cover parts supplied by the Customer.
b. Labor Guarantee: We guarantee our labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This guarantee is limited to rectifying any deficiencies in the labor performed.
c. Exclusions: Our warranty and guarantees do not cover damage or failure resulting from: * Abuse, neglect, or misuse of the vehicle. * Accidents or collisions. * Customer-supplied parts. * Modifications made to the vehicle after our Services were performed. * Subsequent repairs performed by others. * Normal wear and tear.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, lost income, or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Services performed. Our total liability shall not exceed the total cost of the Services performed on your vehicle.
You represent and warrant that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to have the Services performed. You further agree that you will not hold us responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. We will document any significant visible pre-existing damage upon intake.
We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle, including but not limited to, electronics, tools, or other valuables. We recommend that you remove all personal items from your vehicle before bringing it in for service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services provided shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, PA.
These Terms, together with the signed repair order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cameron Complete Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.

We will use reasonable care to protect the work area. The Customer is responsible for removing all valuables, personal items, and any items they do not want to be affected from the work area. We are not responsible for any damage or loss to items not removed. Upon completion of the Services, we will perform a general cleanup of the work area, but the customer is responsible for a detailed cleanup.
a. Materials Warranty: We guarantee all new materials we provide are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This warranty is limited to the cost of the materials and labor to repair or replace the defective material. It does not cover materials supplied by the Customer.
b. Labor Guarantee: We guarantee our labor for a period of 90 days. This guarantee is limited to rectifying any deficiencies in the labor performed.
c. Exclusions: Our warranty and guarantees do not cover damage or failure resulting from: * Abuse, neglect, or misuse of the completed work. * Accidents or natural disasters. * Customer-supplied materials. * Subsequent work performed by others. * Normal wear and tear.

Cameron Complete Services (“Company”) agrees to install security camera systems as specified in the customer’s work order. Services include mounting, wiring, configuration, and basic system testing. Any additional work (network setup, advanced integrations, or custom requests) must be agreed upon in writing.Customer Responsibilities
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
• Ensure electrical outlets, internet connections, and mounting surfaces are available and suitable.
• Obtain any necessary landlord, HOA, or municipal permissions prior to installation.
3. Equipment & Warranty
• Equipment provided by the Company is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
• The Company does not guarantee performance of customer-supplied equipment.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors (weather, vandalism, power surges).
4. Payment Terms
• A deposit may be required prior to scheduling installation.
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur fees of up to $25 per day.
5. Liability & Limitations
• The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to property or persons, regardless of whether cameras are installed.
• The Company is not liable for system downtime, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
• Customer acknowledges that security cameras are a deterrent, not a guarantee of safety.
6. Service & Maintenance
• Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, or upgrades are not included unless specified in a separate agreement.
• The Company offers service packages at additional cost for ongoing support.
7. Privacy & Compliance
• Customer is responsible for ensuring camera placement complies with local, state, and federal privacy laws.
• The Company is not liable for misuse of installed equipment.
8. Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement prior to installation with written notice.
• Cancellation fees may apply if equipment has been ordered or work has begun.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
